Winter Roster 2008 - Dates and Matches. Start Time 7 pm. (Roster Organizers: Bob and Elizabeth Delbourgo, tel: 62253896) CAPTAINS (*) PLEASE TELEPHONE YOUR TEAM MEMBERS (before June 17) AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU FIELD A FULL TEAM ON THE FIRST NIGHT OF THE ROSTER. 1. As there is no Premier Division this roster, we have reverted to our former numbering system for divisions. 2. Match fees each night are $6 for over 18's and $3 for 18 and under. Please pay the fee to the Duty Officer (Frank Huber) as soon as you arrive and before you play. New players to see Elizabeth Delbourgo regarding membership registrations or for practice passes. 3. Change from your street shoes to your playing shoes before walking on to the courts. Remember not to wear orange/yellow tops as the balls are the same colour. Please call out the scores when umpiring. 4. Please start the match promptly even if your full team has not yet arrived. Double up on spare tables towards the end of the evening. Young players have to finish early, so please accommodate this. 5. Captains are marked by an *. They are responsible for checking match scores, signing off and handing in the score sheets to the Office at evening's end. The published results and statistics rely upon correct data entry on the score sheets; it is the responsibility of BOTH captains to verify that the score sheet is accurate at the end of the evening. 6. If you are unable to play for any reason it is your responsibility to obtain a reserve and inform your captain. Reserves or other substitutes are handicapped according to the sheet on the notice board. If you are unsure about the handicap, consult Bob Delbourgo. 6. We are no longer keeping lost property in the table-tennis centre. Any valuables left will be handed in to the KSC front desk for collection. Other items will be left in the KSC lost property clothing bin. When leaving the centre please check that you have not forgotten anything and clear any litter in your vicinity. 7. Although free refreshments are provided in the office, it would be greatly appreciated if the kitchen area can be left clean and tidy. Use the foam cups provided or bring your own cup. DO NOT SHARE CUPS. 8. Do not use the robot without seeing the roster organizers.
